LUXE Villas is an adult only boutique hotel.

The minimum age of guests is twelve + years old.

The LUXE Family respects & welcomes every lifestyle with an open heart, open arms.

All suites, villas, and the LUXE Barbecue & Grill are non-smoking. There are designated smoking areas on the property.

Check-in: 3pm; Check-out: 12pm

At LUXE Villas a guaranteed reservation assures you of a room, even if you check-in late.

Early check-in and late check-out policy.

If you intend to arrive early in the day and would like guaranteed immediate access to your suite / villa, we recommend booking for the night prior to arrival. Similarly for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access to your suite or villa right up until departure. If you choose not to make these reservations then we will be glad to store your bags until your room is available or until you depart.

Terms & Conditions

Payment & Cancellation Policies

100% reservation cost will be charged to your credit card upon receipt of your reservation. This fee is non refundable.

All Package Rates include 21% tax and service in accordance with the Indonesian Hospitality Tax Laws & Regulations.
All charges will be in Indonesian Rupiah.
Any additional charges / incidentals accumulated during your stay can be settled upon check-out by MasterCard, Visa, Amex or cash payments in IDR.

Terms

FOR YOUR CREDIT CARD SECURITY: We require you to present the same the credit card you used to make your reservation when you check in.
Each Package is based on two guests included in the rate.
You agree that LUXE Villas Bali reserves the right to charge total cost of your reservation to your credit card you provided in accordance to the above reservation Payment & Cancellation policy.
LUXE Private Car service on arrival & departure includes to &/or from the following locations: Ngurah Rai Airport, Sanur, Seminyak, Kuta or within 40 km of LUXE.

Important
Once a reservation is confirmed and guaranteed, LUXE Villas Bali assumes that each guest has understood and accepted the terms and conditions of the reservation as stated above.
