LUXE Villas Bali is an adult only hotel. The minimum age of our guests is fifteen + years old.
The LUXE family respects & welcomes individuals or groups of people regardless of their race, gender, religion, sexual preference, or nationality with an open heart, open arms.
All suites, villas & LUXE Barbeque & Grill are non-smoking. There are designated smoking areas on the property.
LUXE Villas Bali is a small LUXURY BOUTIQUE STYLE HOTEL with limited Villas & Suites.
Our reservation system reflects real time availability & changes with every reservation we receive from around the world.
Please consider this when choosing your timing to RESERVE YOUR LUXE EXPERIENCE to insure you get the suite or villa of your choice.
TEMPORARY RESERVATION POLICY DUE TO VOLCANIC ACTIVITY IN BALI
Applicable for reservations made direct at www.luxevillasbali.com
Applicable for Reservations for arriving between December 6 to December 17, 2017.
All reservations at LUXE Villas Bali are non refundable
as per the Policies, Terms & Conditions of your original reservation.
The following provisions have been created given the extenuating circumstances.
- Hopefully you have purchased Travel Insurance that will cover your costs should you have to cancel as we recommend on our web site in our policies section.
- Please check with your credit card company, as often they have this insurance coverage.
- You can change your arrival date to arrive up to six months from your original arrival date based on:
- Minimum time to notify us of your desire to change your dates is 7 days prior to your arrival & will receive a full credit to rebook as per the terms below.
- Reservation requests for change after 7 days from your arrival date will receive a 50% credit to rebook as per the terms below.
- All reservations at LUXE Villas Bali are non refundable as per the terms & conditions of your original reservation at the time you reserved your LUXE experience.
- Reservation rebooking dates must be received maximum 7 days after you have cancelled your reservation. Failure to rebook and confirm your revised reservation in this time frame means your reservation will revert to the terms of your original reservation (non refundable), thereby loosing the opportunity to rebook.
- Availability of the same accommodation type & same number or more nights than your original reservation.
- If the rate for your revised reservation is higher than your original reservation, you may incur an increased cost.
- If the rate for your revised reservation is lower than your original reservation you will not receive a refund.
- Reservation name changes are not allowed.
- Revised reservations do not qualify for any Promotion Codes.
- Reservations date changes are restricted to a one-time date change.
LUXE Villas Bali reserves the right to cancel, change or modify this temporary policy at anytime.
