Agus Kartika
Born in Bali, Chef Agus has honed his culinary skills at some of the finest renowned dining venues in Bali. His devotion for exquisite cuisine began as a young child, following his father who has years of experience in fine dining restaurants in Indonesia. Agus received a scholarship to the Bali Tourism Institute where he further learned about the operational elements essential to operating & leading a culinary team with dedication to being better tomorrow than they were today.
